Ingredient
- Green Peas – 250 gram
- Cauli Flower – 250 gram
- Potatoes – 250 gram
(Boil all that above ingredient together)
- Malwani Chicken Masala (3 tablespoons)
- Malwani Special Masala ( 3 tablespoons)
- Malwani Fish Masala (3 tablespoon)
- Coriander Leaves
- Green Chilies (2 small)
- Red Kashmiri Chilies ( 2 small)
- Besan – According to the requirement
- Dhana Jeera Powder
- Salt to taste
- One small onion & one small tomato chopped.
Method
Now put the entire Ingredient in a Mixer Jar and grind it well go on adding little water and grind it well and make a semi paste-like we make it for pakodas.
Now take one steel flat vessel applies oil in that vessel. Now pour that full semi paste into the bowl.
Now take a cooker pour some water place that vessel in the cooker after that close the cooker and remove the whistle and cook for 20-25 minutes.
After that let the cooker get cool till 1 hour
Remove that bowl and check whether it is fully cooked and it is now cool to cut. You can check with the knife or toothpick If the paste sticks to the knife or toothpick give some more time to set up.
Now cut it in the shape of fish. Remove it on a plate or bowl.
Ingredient for marinating the cut pieces.
- Coriander Leaves
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Green Chilly
- Haldi
- Malwani Fish Masala
- Kokam
- Lemon Juice
(Put this all in the mixture grind it well and apply on the cutted pieces of fish.)
Mix it well let all the fish pieces get well marinated. Keep it for half an hour.
- Special Malwani Masala – 3 tablespoon
- Rice Aaatta – 6 tablespoon
- Rawa – 2 tablespoon
- Mix it well to apply on fish (No adding water at all)
Believe me it tastes like a fish those who are doing fasting in Shrawan month / Margashish month and feel like eating fish or those who are pure vegetarian can try this dish. It is really awesome. If you follow the method properly.
