How to make fast butter chicken


To make fast butter chicken, you can use a simplified version of the traditional recipe that cuts down on the cooking time. Here's a quick and easy recipe for fast butter chicken:


Ingredients:

  • Marinated Boneless, skinless chicken cut bite-sized pieces (I always buy from Licious)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 onion finely chopped.
  • 2 finely chopped tomatoes.
  • Chilly powder 
  • Salt, to taste
  • One glass water
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Heat the butter in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat.
Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes saute until it gets well cooked.
Add little chilly powder and salt as per taste.
Grind all this mixture onion tomato and chilly powder and salt.
Take a pan add butter Add chopped onion 
Add the Butter chicken ready-made masala (Suhana Butter chicken).
Saute it well 
Add the marinated Boneless skinless chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
Add one glass water reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the pan, and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Stir it as per you want the thickness 
Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
Your fast butter chicken is now ready to be served! It pairs well with steamed rice, naan bread, malbar parathas or rumali roties. Enjoy!
