 Veg Double Decker Burst Homemade PIZZA

(My Mom's Recipe)

 Ingredient

  • Take two pizza base ready-made
  • Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon for each base
  • Mayonnaise  - 1 tablespoon
  • Mozerella Cheeze - For topping
  • Spread Cheeze - 1 tablespoon
  • Shezwaan Chutney - 1 table spoon
  • Shimla Mirch - 1
  • Corn Boiled / Baby Corn - as per you want
  • Paneer / Chicken Sausages / Chicken Fry Balls (For veg Paneer and for non-veg chicken)
  • Onion - 1 small
  • Tomato - 1 small
  • Rai / Jeera (Whole) 1/2 teaspoon for tadka
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Spring onion
  • Cheeze Slices - 2 for each base
  • Special Malwani Masala which is always a specialty of my all recipes

Method

Take Both Pizza Base and cut it from the middle in two pieces 



Now keep the sliced cheese in the middle of the cut part cover it well both the base of the pizza

Now take 1 tablespoon tomato sauce/mayonnaise/spread cheese/shezwaan chutney and apply together on each base and keep aside.

Now we will make a masala take a Kadhai to keep on gas with low flame - Now put 2 tablespoon oil. Add rai/jeera 1/2 teaspoon give tadka. After that put chopped onions let the onion get brown add chopped tomatoes mix it well till the tomato gets melted. After that add chopped Shimla Mirch/Corn/(Fried or nonfried paneer dices optional or those who are non-vegetarian can add chicken pieces) Mix it well now add coriander leaves, spring onion, malwani special masala, Malwani Kala Godha masala, haldi, and salt to taste. Let it cook for 20 minutes well on slow flame with the lid on top of the kadhai.

Once it is cooked. spread that masala on both the pizza base which was kept aside. Put Mozerella grated cheese on top now keep one pizza on the other pizza and keep it in the oven for 1 min or you can cook in a pan on slow gas. Once the cheese is melted well you can have your Double Dekar Burst Pizza Homemade lovely Pizza Enjoy.
